I'm new to running, can I still join Raise Running Club?
Yes! Raise Running club was created for fun, stress free, social running, all abilities are welcome and we will always run together where possible and regroup as necessary. Nobody will be left behind.
When are the social runs?
Raise Running Club Runs are typically on Tuesday & Friday Evenings, and on a Sunday morning, although they will vary week to week. The best way to keep up to date is by joining our club on Strava, where you will be notified of upcoming events. Alternatively you can stay in the loop by following us on Instagram.
How much does the run club cost?
Our social runs are Free! The only exception to this is our Friday evening group speed session. (£4.00 per person paid to Rowley Park to use their track facilities)
We will always specify in advance if our runs require payment.
Can I bring a friend to Run Club?
Of course! Our runs are open to everyone over the age of 16.
We always like to have an idea of numbers, so if possible, let us know via message or on Strava if you are attending or bringing someone along.
